Growing our own medicinal herbs can be fun and rewarding. At times, it can also be challenging. Luckily, there are plenty of wonderful medicinal and culinary herbs that are easy even for the most novice growers to succeed. If you’re new to herb gardening, this class is for you!
Join Sarah Auer, community herbalist, to learn how to create medicinal and culinary herbs gardens. We will explore which plants to choose for your specific location and desires. Bring your questions and imagination and leave with the knowledge and inspiration to begin growing or expanding your own herbal garden. Each participant will leave with helpful handouts, resources, a garden design and seeds to get you started.

Beginner Knitting with Carrie Klinefelter May 9 1-3:30pm
Have you ever wanted to try knitting? This is an opportunity to learn the basics to determine if knitting is “your thing.” You will learn how to cast on, knit, and cast off as you make a cotton dishcloth. All supplies are included.
